I had a wonderful stay at this hotel nestled in the West Tucson Mountains. The rooms were cozy, equipped with a kitchenette, but they tended to get warm due to longer AC intervals. The service redefined customer care, it was simply AWESOME. The location offers serene views and quiet surroundings, perfect for star-gazing, although it's a bit far from restaurants and shops. The dining experience lacked variety, missing breakfast options, but overall, the facilities were adequate.

The hotel had a musty smell in the rooms, and the air conditioning was noisy, but having a washer/dryer was convenient for us to be near our friends. The service was very friendly and helpful, although the location was somewhat remote from good restaurants and main shopping areas. The pool area was beautiful and serene, but the dining options were lacking in variety.

My stay at the hotel was just what my family needed. The rooms were extremely comfortable and perfect for our family stay, clean, and very well maintained. However, the bathrooms are getting a bit tired. The location in the West Tucson Mountains was truly breathtaking.
